This PDO is designed for those clerks who are new, have never run an election or haven't run an election in several election cycles.  Topics include, and are not limited to, form and types of elections, calendar creation, creating candidate packets, ballot form and content, dealing with vacancies, coordinating with your county clerk, TABOR, campaign finance.  This session will also talk about new statutes regarding campaign finance contribution limits and reporting requirements as well as ballot translation requirements.
