In this essential position, you will manage official records and ensure transparency by accurately documenting City Council meetings and overseeing various Boards, Commissions, and Authorities. As the designated election official, you'll facilitate local elections and uphold our democratic processes. Link to posting.  Salary Range $45,656.00 - $61,651.20 Annually. As a member of the Municipal Court Division, the Deputy Municipal Court Clerk performs a variety of complex and high-volume customer service and administrative support functions within the operation of the Municipal Court. The individual serves as the first contact for customers regarding inquiries in person, on the phone, and via digital communication. The individual also serves as a representative between the town, the general public, and outside agencies. Work is performed with minimal supervision. The individual must exercise independent judgment with responsibility for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and assurance of proper quality control according to established procedures.

Link to posting. Salary Range $20.60 - $27.75 per hour. The ideal candidate will serve as the Deputy Town Clerk providing support for the Town Clerk / Municipal Clerk and working with economic development programs. Under the direct supervision of the Town Clerk, this employee will help develop and implement the Town’s economic development goals. A Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, economics, or equivalent is preferred; and the candidate must have at least 5-years’ experience in public administration and/or economic development activities, including 2-years of project management, and a Colorado driver’s license.
