In this essential position, you will manage official records and ensure transparency by accurately documenting City Council meetings and overseeing various Boards, Commissions, and Authorities. As the designated election official, you'll facilitate local elections and uphold our democratic processes. Link to posting.  Salary Range $45,656.00 - $61,651.20 Annually. As a member of the Municipal Court Division, the Deputy Municipal Court Clerk performs a variety of complex and high-volume customer service and administrative support functions within the operation of the Municipal Court. The individual serves as the first contact for customers regarding inquiries in person, on the phone, and via digital communication. The individual also serves as a representative between the town, the general public, and outside agencies. Work is performed with minimal supervision. The individual must exercise independent judgment with responsibility for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and assurance of proper quality control according to established procedures.

Under general supervision, oversee and process monthly utility billings; provide administrative assistance to the Town Administrator and Town Board; independently organize and complete assigned tasks; handle confidential matters and community relations; establish and maintain Town records management and file systems; provide assistance updating the Town’s webpages; exercise general supervision over part-time administrative staff; and perform other related work as required. This position is the face of the front office of Town Hall, and will be working face-to-face with customers on a daily basis and must do so in a friendly, professional and customer service-oriented manner.

Salary Range $98,682.00 - $130,754.00/year. As the Chief Deputy Public Trustee, you will focus on the management of the Office of the Public Trustee.  In this role, you must have a thorough knowledge of state statutes affecting the foreclosure process and the ability to speak with attorneys and other Public Trustees regarding issues within the office, as you will be responsible for the proper administration of the foreclosure process and will be working with these stakeholders and others to ensure a fair and unbiased process for all parties involved.  This position reports to the Recording Division Director.
