Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee reviews state legislation that has a direct impact on the roles and responsibilities of municipal clerks, including but not limited to, elections, liquor licensing, records management, and marijuana licensing.
The committee is responsible for:
- Analyzing legislation
- Determining the impact on municipal clerks and municipalities
- Keeping municipal clerks up-to-date of the status of legislation
